From your request to a working printer, in four steps.
Appointment
Fill in the service request form with your printer’s make and model and any error messages or symptoms. We schedule a technician to visit your location.
Repair
The technician finds the problem and repairs it: replacing faulty parts, cleaning or calibrating, updating firmware or drivers, or fixing software conflicts.
Testing
After the repair, the technician tests the printer thoroughly and prints test pages to check print quality.
Billing
You receive an invoice for the onsite service, covering labour, parts and any other fees. Payment is by credit card.
