What we collect

When you send a service request, we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, printer brand and model, and the description of the problem.

Like any web server, the one hosting our site records the IP address, the page requested, and the date and time of each visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are deleted after a limited period. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site sets no cookies except a temporary one when you send a request, which limits how many requests can be sent in an hour to stop spam.

Why we use it

We use your information only to book and carry out your printer service and to contact you about it. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who has access and where it is kept

Your request is emailed to our service team and kept in our business mailbox. It is not stored on the website. Only the people who handle your service have access. Our website and email are hosted by a provider outside Québec, and the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser fetches them. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep service requests for up to 2 years after the service is completed, so we can refer to past repairs, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or receive it in a structured technological format. Write to the person in charge above; we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.

Security and incidents

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and our mailbox is password-protected. If a confidentiality incident created a risk of serious injury, we would notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date if our practices change.
